Dreams.

A dream is like a seed,
It needs care and time to grow.
Without a dream there is no goal,
No hope, no place to go.

For life is far from easy,
With many a twist and turn,
When you start to lose your way and stumble,
Its when you start to learn.

But if your dreams are clear,
Even in your darkest hour,
The seeds of dreams you planted
Will soon begin to flower.

No longer confined within your mind,
Who none but you can see,
You dreams will play a role in life,
So let those dreams run free.


Theres this fridge magnet that had these words on it and i came across it about a year ago,
When i had no dreams whatsoever and felt like i was just drifting in life, just going where the wind blew.
I was lost, i had no vision of where i was headed.
When i read this then, something told me to just get it.
So i did, even though i didn't even know why really.
I didn't create dreams or anything after getting it, but the words just spoke to me on this other level.
I guess it just gave me more hope, which i liked.
I left it at my aunt's place, when i left her home.
I went over to my aunt's yesterday, and saw it again,
And it got to me again, and i feel like i'm at that place now,
Where i've lost my way and stumbled, and i do feel that i am learning now.
Because of how i've stumbled.
So its all good. Its always good.
Because my dreams are clear.
